Our Dustless blasting process uses water and abrasive's mixed inside a specialized blasting tank. During blasting process, the water encapsulates with the abrasives,  all coatings are easily removed. Instead of becoming airborne, the trapped abrasive falls to the ground, keeping surrounding areas clean and free from mess. Fast & easy.

Our Dustless Blasting process is perfect for all metals with no fear of friction, heat, or warping of the surfaces. The water used in the blasting process helps to keep the surface about 10 degrees cooler than the ambient air temperature. This helps to eliminate the surface heat generated by friction. No surface heat means NO WARPING.

Since the debris are captured with the water during the blasting process, it is easily contained and maintained.  There is no dust plume or toxic chemicals. It's perfect for use in areas with strict environmental rules and regulations. 

Our Dustless cleaning process not only strips away old paint and rust, but actually cleans the surface so that it's free of contaminates and soluble salts that cause rust. This makes it the perfect method of paint/rust stripping for automotive restoration.
